Power tool batteries: 12-month warranty
Marsen Energy power tool batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
Our power tool batteries are independently manufactured compatible replacement batteries. They are not manufactured, authorised or endorsed by the original power tool brands.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, physical damage, modification, incorrect charging, use with incompatible equipment, exposure to excessive heat or moisture, or normal deterioration through use.
Custom battery packs
Warranty coverage for custom-built battery packs may vary depending on the battery design, application and agreed specifications. If you have a problem with a custom pack we built, contact us with the battery details and we'll assess the issue.
Other products
Products we supply but don't manufacture may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us if you have a problem and we'll help with the warranty process where applicable.
Making a warranty claim
If you think a product is faulty, please contact us before returning it. Include your order or invoice number, a description of the problem and, where helpful, photos or video showing the issue.
Please don't post a lithium battery back without talking to us
Lithium-ion batteries are Dangerous Goods. Contact us first and we'll give you the right return instructions if the battery needs to be inspected.
Australian Consumer Law
Our warranties are provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
