We ship Australia-wide from our workshop in Western Australia. In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.
Free shipping
On all power tool batteries, and on orders over $200.
Power tool batteries may be dispatched separately. Where this happens, standard shipping applies only to the other items in your order.

Dispatch and delivery
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 48 business hours of receiving your order and payment. Delivery time then depends on your location and the carrier.
We ship with Australia Post and Team Global Express. Where tracking is available, we'll send your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We currently ship within Australia only.
Lithium battery shipping
Lithium batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods and are transported by approved road freight services only. Delivery can take longer than standard parcel services, particularly to regional and remote areas.

Custom builds
Custom battery packs have a lead time of at least 3 weeks, and up to 6 months for complex builds. We'll confirm the lead time with your quote.
