The nominal voltage is 36V with a charge voltage of 42 volts so it can be charged using our standard 2A charger or the fast 4A charger.  It has an 11 wire JST connector for BMS balancing (compatible with Evolve BMS) BMS not supplied, BMS from existing Evolve battery required to install in Evolve boards. A small 6A charge only BMS is available for use in custom builds that is compatable with this jst plug. 10S BMS

Note: This battery uses high capacity low output cells so is not recommended for large or twin motor setups.

All Evolve Bamboo boards require modifications to fit these larger upgrade batteries. Marsen Energy offer a riser plate designed to make installing the battery easier providing the required extra space to house the larger battery. These are available for $55, they are CNC machined from ABS plastic and come with longer screws. Spacer

Special requests for different configurations or plug types can easily be arranged.

• Never completely discharge Li-ion battery.
• Charge fully before first use.
• Never use force to install (insert) Li-ion battery.
• Use only a high quality battery charger.
• Do not expose to heat.
• Do not short (connect) positive, and negative battery terminals. Keep battery that is not in use in plastic holder (or any insulating container).
• Do not charge unattended unless using an intelligent charger that shuts off at full charge.
• Do not store your Li-ion batteries fully charged (for extended period of time).
• Store in cold and dry place.
• After battery is discharged don’t leave it discharged, charge it as soon as possible.
